X-Factor, Strictly, Kerry Katona and Basil Brush – we have plenty of Boom BOOM in April

A packed April begins with Those Were the Days on Thursday 4th April 2.30pm - an unforgettable afternoon of music and memories from the 50’s & 60’s. Starring the international ukulele star ANDY EASTWOOD and very special guest star LONNIE DONEGAN Jnr., they’ll have you singing along to all the hits including 'My Old Man's a Dustman' with the son of the legendary king of skiffle.

The very next night Giovanni Pernice returns with Dance is Life: a smash hit dance spectacular directed and choreographed by Jason Gilkison, Strictly Come Dancing’s creative director. Giovanni is ready to raise the temperature just a little bit more this time round! Featuring seven other world class professional dancers, including Strictly’s newest pro, Luba Mushtuk. Next it’s a must for all George Michael fans – Faith – The George Michael Legacy is on Saturday 6th April at 7.30pm, with an all-new production taking you on a journey through 35 years of hit records. Fans of Charlie Landsborough won’t want to miss the chance to say goodbye to this hugely popular country music artist whose repertoire encompasses beautiful ballads, folk, blues, rock ‘n’ roll, pop, gospel, anthems and of course country music, from 5pm on Sunday 7th April. Next up it’s a Panto to get you in the mood for Easter – Beauty & The Beast with its all-star line up including Kerry Katona and the one and only Basil Brush! The fun starts at 2.30pm on Tuesday 9th April (discounted family tickets are available). Following closely is The Little Mermaid by the hugely popular TaleGate Theatre on Thursday 11th April at 2.30pm (again discount tickets available for families). An all-star cast from the West End delivers Twist and Shout, a musical powerhouse of a show on Friday 12th April from 8pm, transporting you back to the sights and sounds of the Swinging Sixties. Fans of the Pasadena Roof Orchestra will be delighted to see they also return this month celebrating their 50th Anniversary on Saturday 13th April from 7.30pm. X-Factor’s Andy Cole is at the Spa on Saturday 20th April from 7.30pm performing The Nat ‘King’ Cole Songbook – a platinum selling artist in his own right, Andy pays tribute to the voice that everyone knows and loves. The following night its Jeff Dingle as Bruno Mars, following on from his success on the BBC’s Even Better Than The Real Thing, Jeff will be live in the Spa’s stage from 7.00pm on Sunday 21st. The following Saturday night Walk Right Back is back! After a phenomenal sell-out tour last year, this show returns from 7.30pm.

May don’t miss the opportunity to see Navi – The King of Pop returning to the Spa by popular demand. The world’s leading Michael Jackson tribute who will be joined by the late mega-star’s own lead guitarist Jennifer Batten on Friday 3rd May from 8pm. Closely followed on Saturday 4th by Pride of Ireland which brings some of Irelands most talented performers to the Spa plus the fabulous Keltic Storm Band and world champion Keltic Fusion Irish Dancers – all in one unmissable show from 7.30pm. Also in May is Jimmy Carr with his brand new show, and in June, we have the legendary Jools Holland & His Rhythm & Blues Orchestra with a stunning line up of special guests.
