Aladdin at The Spa Pavilion is a spectacular family friendly, must-see panto.
Hats off to the director who made this panto one of my all-time favourites, and I have seen many in my time. Fabulously overacted (the only way Panto should be acted), with catchy songs, chase scenes and plenty of audience participation.
I enjoyed the entire performance from start to finish. It had the audience in hysterics. The dance routines and songs were wonderfully choreographed. There were, of course, a few favourite characters, including Aladdin and Dame Widow Twanky.
What a talented cast; they all did a fabulous job.
The costumes and set were exceptional, too. The panto left the audience with faceache from smiling so much. It is a fantastic family festive show I recommend to anyone with a pulse, suitable for all the family.
