Review of Crown Ballet’s Swan Lake

On the 17th October, Crown Ballet brought their interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s classic ballet Swan Lake to the Spa Pavilion.

I had never been to the ballet before, so this was a new experience for me. I was very impressed - it was a thoroughly entertaining performance!

The costumes were exquisite (I particularly loved the black swans’ outfits), and the creative use of light on the dramatic backdrops created an engaging atmosphere.

The lead dancers gave stunning performances and the entire cast were faultless.

A special mention must go to the jester - the audience loved him and he loved them back!
